After approximately 679 days we have finally found a replacement driver side fender and side mirror!

Semi-annual PME update: As some of you know, the Nissan ate a wall pretty hard in the first lap of the first race this season largely due to another driver’s negligent (among other adjectives) driving, which also damaged another competitors car when they pile-drove us into the wall after our initial contact with the wall. Our damage was well beyond the point of reasonably retiring the car, but since we’re stubborn and collectively not in a position to make an entire new car, we set out to repair the chassis. The car has been at Pro Performance Collision and Restoration getting yanked back out just enough for the wheels to spin, fit a front fender and tail light, and take an alignment. It’s looking like we might not be invited to showcase at Concours d’Elegance anymore, but it’s exactly enough to get back to the track. The guys at Pro Performance really saved the car from the junkyard. We were hoping to make it to Barber but we’re still hunting for parts and finding/fixing more issues from the wall contact.

Wanted to again, thank everyone for the support, both physical and spiritual, as this has been a pretty huge bummer for us.

We also want to thank Doc Waldrop, who may be gone, but will forever be part of this team’s history, and the reason we’ve been able to do all this in the first place.
