The 2025 HBCU Labor Day Classic Battle of the Bands is bringing its legendary energy to Jackson, Mississippi, for the first time ever. Set for August 31, 2025, at Veterans Memorial Stadium, this event promises an unforgettable day of rhythm, soul, and unmatched showmanship.

The 10 bands set to compete are:

• Alabama A&M University

• Alcorn State University
• Mississippi Valley State University
