Alpha Phi Sigma

I have two applications for membership pending that will be mailed to Headquarters this coming Wednesday (May 8th). If you would like to submit your application, please do so by Wednesday morning. Simple enough to submit a completed application together with a money order payable to Alpha Phi Sigma under my office door (513, 55 Park Place).

Last week we submitted several Alpha Phi Sigma membership applications to national headquarters. If your application was not in that group, be aware that we will be submitting another batch in the next few weeks. Please get your completed application form and a money order or cashier's check (no personal checks please) made payable to Alpha Phi Sigma to Professor Shapiro in Room 513 of 55 Park Place as soon as possible. Please submit your completed membership application together with a money order or cashier’s check (no personal checks accepted) made payable to Alpha Phi Sigma by February 20th to Professor Shapiro, 55 Park Place, Suite 513 so that a packet of applications can be submitted to headquarters.
