Applying for grants are pretty easy as long as you're prepared with everything you need. Here are 5 things to get you started with applying today!
1. Register your business
By having your business registered, you'll have access to more grant opportunities!
2. Start a Business Bank Account
If you're approved for a grant, they will not deposit any funds into a personal account so you need to make sure that's set up and in order.
3. Have a website
Your website does not have to be elaborate but just enough for them to learn more about you and your business.
4. Documentation
Having the proper documents that can show your taxes as well as your profit and loss would allow you to apply for the higher end grants.
5. Social Media
Your social media will help those viewing your grant application get a glimpse of what you do within your business.
If you want more information about how to be prepared to apply for grants, comment CLINIC below and I'll send you the link to get registered for our Debt-Free Clinic happening this week
If you're filling out a "grant" application and it's asking you for your credit, RUN! It's either not a grant or a scam. Grant's don't require you to input your credit information. They may however ask about your financials to make sure you qualify for the grant but that's it. No grant will ever ask for a credit check!
If you're a business owner who's letting the fear of debt stop you from growing your business, comment CLINIC below and I'll send you a link to help get you started with your debt-free journey!
