Our next session takes place Sunday, May 24th at 11AM at Cabbagetown Park — and this season we’re adding new Thursday evening sessions across Atlanta to create more space for recovery, balance, and meaningful connection in community after the workday ends.

Each session will feature new and exclusive Lyftd products, plus loyalty cards with special discounts and opportunities to win free Lyftd merch throughout the summer.
