cCreamy Mushroom and Garlic Sauce
Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
2 cups mushrooms, sliced (button or cremini)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Sauté the Mushrooms: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and cook until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes.
Add Garlic: Stir in the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Make the Sauce: Reduce heat to medium. Pour in the heavy cream and broth, stirring well. Let the sauce simmer for 3-4 minutes until it thickens slightly.
Add Cheese and Season: Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Serve warm over pasta, chicken, or as a dip.

🐝 Honey Mustard Dressing
Ingredients:
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, mix the Dijon mustard, honey, and apple cider vinegar.
2. Gradually add the olive oil while whisking until the mixture is smooth and emulsified.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve over salads or as a dip!
