Dr. Lisa of Grapevine Health works tirelessly to spread and make a reality. She goes into communities around the nation and talks about REAL health problems and solutions in communities that are not used to having their voices heard, having convos in terms they can understand or even having their needs met.

Her valiant work has been featured in NPR , WashingtonPost , American Medical Association, Forbes, and many more!

As a woman from a small town, it satisfies me on a visceral level to assist with spreading awareness about food and medical deserts, Black maternal health disparities, and mental health within the Black community - these are all things I saw my mother Valerie Blackmon, PhD write grants to combat in our own community. The work is not just fun, it's fulfilling.
