Going Organic

In my 30s now, when I hop into bed, I don’t just instantly fall asleep. There’s too much to think about. Too many topics circling in my head, so I read. Humor. Suspense. Fashion. Health. Things that take my mind everywhere but there. It works. It’s nice. I highly recommend everything on my nightstand for exploration, a laugh or to just relax ☺️ 💤
