About two months ago we decided to sell our personal home in a last minute decision. It took us two weeks to get it ready for the market and after the first weekend of showings, we were under contract. We received several strong offers and it sold $20,000 over asking price in a smooth transaction🏡🎉 This results very significant considering that the current average days on market in our subdivision is 19 and the average of homes are selling under listing price.
