Beth and I were excited to attend the Center for Family Resources annual fundraising event "Under the Serengeti Sky" at the Cobb Convention Center.

Every day, the Center for Family Resources works to help families facing homelessness and financial hardship find stability, hope, and a pathway to a better future.

Beth and I were honored to stand alongside community leaders, volunteers, and supporters, all committed to strengthening families across Cobb County.

Great people, a great mission, and a great community coming together for an important cause. That is what makes our community so special.

It was a blessing to attend the Cobb County Prayer Breakfast alongside community leaders, elected officials, first responders, faith leaders, and residents from across our community.

This annual event is an important reminder that faith, service, and unity continue to play a vital role in strengthening Cobb County and guiding us through both the challenges and opportunities ahead.

I am honored to be appointed by Speaker Jon Burns to serve as a member of the Blue-Ribbon Study Committee on Community Health and Healthcare Oversight. I look forward to hearing testimony from healthcare leaders, EMS professionals, providers, and communities across Georgia as we work to identify solutions that will improve access to care, strengthen emergency medical services, and address the healthcare challenges facing our state.
