One of my favorite things about marketing is how creative you can be - not just with your designs but also the ways in which you communicate.

As a Phd, I love learning. Which is why I’m always on a quest to learn more - particularly about badass women who have changed history.
One of those women is Judy Heumann, a disability rights activist. I recently came across her story an was struck by how powerful her actions were and still are. Her work has led to the mainstreaming of disability rights, and taken the cause international. I highly recommend reading about the 504 sit-in to start with.
In doing more research, I came across this quote and was entirely blown away. The status quo is not always the way to go, and Judy truly exemplifies that idea.

Happy birthday to me! Yesterday was my birthday and to celebrate another year of life, I’d like to take a moment to reflect back on the last year and express my gratitude.
In addition to a global pandemic last year, I was dealing with a lot of mental blockages and some toxic situations. If you asked me about my hobbies, I wouldn’t have been able to answer because I had no idea what I enjoyed anymore. I was stressed out, exhausted and over it all 🙅🏻♀️
Finally I hit my breaking point and desperate for some guidance, reached out to a wide group of people for some advice.
And that’s when the Universe brought Brett Chinn Coaching into my life. Not only did she help me get back in touch with myself but she helped me realize that I ALREADY had the answers I needed.
