-Human Resources, Recruitment, and Administrative Duties

More Day to Day of this NEW Entry Level Management Trainee Program:
-Attend and oversee team members at a variety of local and unique events
-Promoting products, services and brands to an audience of both existing and potential customers.
-Being a great communicator with the ability to use your own initiative and enjoy building relations on 1:1 basis as well as working as part of our business
-Oversee and help generate sales in Atlanta and surrounding regions
-Coordinate staff meetings and fun social nights downtown
-Meet with other leaders to report weekly results and observations
-Conduct new market research studies for our clients

*Keep in mind, we will be doing the initial interview via Zoom to help speed up the hiring process*

Management Trainee Requirements:
-Must be 18 years or older and be able to work in the USA legally to qualify for the position
-There is no specific background or degree required, however, experience in retail, hospitality, customer service and events are a plus
-Must be able to travel to the office in Downtown Atlanta on a daily basis

Customer Service Representative - The Role
What Does an Average Day Look Like?

We don’t like to use the word ‘average’ here at The Last Marathon because we believe that all of our employees are exceptional. However, there are some daily tasks for our new openings. Some of these tasks include maintaining and establishing positive communications between customers and clients, attending product and staff meetings, visiting events to make sure customers are satisfied, and help report and generate sales.

The Customer Service Representative job holder will work as part of a busy team and their role will include:
-Providing first-class customer service
-Handling queries customers
-Dealing with queries from clients
-Meeting with prospective customers and generating new business
-Dealing with complaints and striving for first-time resolution
-Adhere to all compliance and quality standards
-Referring customers to other departments to assist them such as accounts

Customer Service Representative - The Person
The successful candidate will:
-Be customer-focused and passionate about delivering excellent customer service
-Have excellent conversational manner
-Have strong attention to detail
-Be able to work under pressure
-Have at least 2 years recent experience in a customer service role (desirable)
