According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the pop icon has sold the rights to her to Primary Wave in a new deal that sources are calling a landmark moment. While the final price hasn’t been made public, the agreement is said to be in the same range as the roughly $200 million catalog sale Justin Bieber finalized in 2023.

The sale was reportedly completed on December 30. Since then, insiders say Britney has been celebrating quietly, spending time with her children and feeling confident about the decision. Under the deal, Primary Wave now controls much of her iconic body of work, including some of the biggest hits that defined her career.
