☀️ Summer is officially in full swing, and we have a few announcements here at McCright Solutions!

As many of you know, I work hard to stay available for my clients. However, the volume of calls, texts, and messages during vacations, school events, evenings, weekends, and family time has become overwhelming. Because of that, we are making some adjustments to better serve everyone while also creating healthier boundaries.

📞 We are adding a new office phone system. The number will remain the same, but this change will help us better manage communications and ensure no client requests are overlooked.

📬 A quick reminder regarding IRS and state notices:

I stay on top of IRS letters, responses, and follow-ups, but I cannot control IRS processing times or whether they respond when expected. All I can do is continue calling, following up, and submitting the necessary documentation.

The IRS is currently experiencing significant delays, especially with identity verification and bank account verification issues. Many taxpayers are receiving notices that should never have been issued in the first place. States are also sending out inaccurate notices more frequently than ever. Trust me—you are not alone if you've received one!

📅 Office Closure Notice

McCright Solutions will be closed June 17th through July 7th.

During this time, you may still:

✅ Upload documents through your Verifyle Portal
✅ Send emails
✅ Call and leave a voicemail

Our team will return messages and continue working through requests once staff returns to the office.
