Trust the Process
I have been knocked down in ways I have never told anyone.
I’ve cried in silence, held myself together in public,
and pretended I was fine when my world felt heavy.
But even in the mess, even when I questioned my worth,
something in me refused to stay on the ground.

Like Sarah Jakes Roberts said—
“Girl, get up.”
Not because I am hurting, not because I am being forced too, not even because I can’t
But because:
My story isn’t over.
So, I get up with the pieces.
Get up with the pain.
Get up with the strength I didn’t even know I had.
My survival is proof—
I was never meant to stay broken.
I was born with purpose and a drive so no adversity, no change or circumstance can stop my drive. I will trust the process and follow the path that is unfolded out to me each day.
Life may slow me down, it may test me, it may push me to my limits,
but it will not stop me.
I will trust the process— not because it’s easy, but because every day, the path unfolds
a little more beneath my feet. And I choose to walk it boldly,
even when I don’t know where it leads.
Because I was never meant to give up—
I was meant to trust the process and continue to

~Monday morning prayer~

Dear God,
Thank You for a new day and a new opportunity. You are such an awesome God, and You stand forever with all power in Your hands. Your word in Deuteronomy 31:8 says, “The Lord Himself goes before you and will be with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.” God, I’m thankful for this promise because it’s absolutely true. You are doing what only You can do, and You’re helping me believe it forever. When fear tries to come into my mind, help me remember that I am never alone. Instead of worrying about what’s ahead, help me trust You with it all. Give me the strength to get back up and the patience to trust Your timing. No matter what today brings, I know that Your promises never change, and this is not the end. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you. -1 Peter 5:7

~Weekend morning prayer~

Dear God,
My heart overflows with gratitude for another day of life. Thank You for waking me up with Your mercies that are new every morning. Through every mistake that I’ve made, You’ve always been a God who forgives me, and You remind me that even through my failures… You make all things new. Your word in Jeremiah 29:13 says, “You will seek Me and find Me when you seek Me with all your heart.” And God, that’s exactly what I’m doing today. I’m reaching toward You with all of my heart and everything that’s within me. You’re a God who can be trusted, and I’m trusting You and leaning not on my own understanding. I’ll never forget how awesome You are and how You’ve always made a way. Thank You for hearing my prayer. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
