You are a glass of wine not a bottle of water!!

Very seldom do we see glasses of wine filled to capacity. In fact, it may be insulting to do so.

But a bottle of water is often filled right below the brim to be seen as "full capacity".

Here's the lesson, Just Because you have space DOESN'T MEAN you have capacity.

CHOOSE YOU!
..And, doing so doesn't make you any less significant.

As seasons change so does our capacity.
[And that’s ok!]
We can’t be pressured to perform at the same rate in every season of our lives.
Assuming that you can and you will is the fastest route to burnout and self destruction

ReEvaluate what you can assert energy towards.

ReEvaluate what you can fully commit to

ReEvaluate relationships

ReEvaluate what roles you’re going to play and what roles you’re going to let go

Don’t be ashamed to uncommit if it preserves you.
