New stats in for the April real estate market. As you can see we are in the same pattern of low inventory yielding lower than anticipated sales in the metro area Atlanta markets. As an effect of low inventory, we have higher sales prices. Similar to what we saw during the pandemic. While not a full on double digit percent increase over the asking price, but still buyers are paying higher than asking. In the midst of the low spring inventory, it makes it challenging to find the right home for ready buyers. As a buyer, look at playing the long game here.
