Kacchi Biriyani.

A traditional Biriyani (rice and meat (chicken/beef/goat) dish).
Cooked in a unique style. Beef/Goat is (here beef) marinated with a rich assortment of spices and yogurt and then cooked in steam (placing in an airtight sealed pot over a very low flame for around an hour). Semi cooked rice flavoured with spices is layered on top of the marinated meat before sealing the pot air tight.

Infused with the aroma of coal smoke, saffron, and ghee (purified butter).

An absolute delight!

Common street food in Bangladesh, India, and Pakistan. It's spicy and tangy and crispy, filled with mouth watering goodness!
