The Federal Housing Administration has changed the rules set for mortgage borrowers with student debt.

Yes, that means student loans will be calculated differently to make home-buying more accessible for those of us
with student loans.

This is such a big deal because Lenders will no longer "overestimate" how much every
borrower is paying monthly. This will help lower the borrower's debt-to -income ratio- a critical factor in the mortgage approval process.
