Funky Designs Renovation

First 10k complete. Paced myself at a zone 2 throughout the run and focused on running form and correct breathing technique so that I can hit this 5k in 20 mins tomorrow being realistic I should be shooting for 23 but shoot for the stars.. It’s about time I invest in real running shoes and a watch. Feeling good as ever. 😎
