🚨 Critical Atlanta STR Legislative Alert 🚨

πŸ“… Tuesday, Aug 12 @ 1:30 PM
πŸ“ Atlanta City Hall β€” 55 Trinity Ave SW, 2nd Floor, Larry Di**le Room

The City Council CDHS Committee may vote today on severe new caps for STRs in multifamily properties:
🏒 Only 1 STR allowed in buildings with 3–9 units
🏒 10% cap in buildings with 10 or more units

This could be a make-or-break moment for Atlanta’s STR community. These limits could devastate property owners, operators, and guests who rely on STR income.

✊ Show up & speak out! Your voice matters. Let the committee know that STRs are a vital part of Atlanta’s housing and tourism economy.
