Pain quickens your consciousness more than anything thing else. So it is an opportunity to pay attention and grow.
Your back pain isn’t random it is from not being conscious of the choices you were making at the time. That could be lifting with poor form, lifting too much for your ability, not enough rest, too much booze and sh*tty food and relying on doctors and medicine to fix you.
Back pain can be healed naturally with simple choices and the right dedication. Let pain be your teacher.
You’re not crazy for thinking,
“Why does this keep coming back?”
Because a lot of people I work with have already done the “right” things.
Physical therapy.
Chiropractic.
Massage.
Dry needling.
Even nervous system work.
And for a little while… it helps.
(then it doesn’t)
That’s the frustrating part.
Not because those things are wrong—
but because they’re usually only addressing one piece of what’s going on.
Most chronic pain isn’t just coming from one place.
It’s coming from a system that’s out of sync.
So you get stuck in this loop:
➡️ try something
➡️ feel a little better
➡️ pain comes back
➡️ start over
Over and over again.
If that cycle sounds familiar, you’re exactly who I made this for.
Next video, I’ll break down the 3 systems that are usually involved—and why missing one keeps people stuck.

Comment “STUCK” if this has been your experience.
Hip surgeries are worthless unless you change the strategy.
The hip likes to stay centered. The most common positions that the hip gets pulled into is anteriorly, superior and inferior. All can create compression at the front of the hip.
Common postures I see are sway back, posteriorly rotated pelvis and a pelvis that is in rotation.
The right corrective program can retrain the body to keep the hip centered and avoid excessive compression.
Structural health—-posture, muscle imbalances, joint function, movement patterns and compensations.
Metabolic health- gut health, detoxification, recovery capacity and hormonal health.
Mental/Emotional health-does your inside story match your outside story.
Integrative pain management is a coordinated, evidence-based approach to treating pain that combines conventional medical treatments with complementary therapies. While a standard pain management clinic might focus strictly on steroid injections or medication management, an integrative approach widens the lens to view the patient as a whole person.
Pain is rarely just physical. Conditions like spinal stenosis, neck pain, and joint pain don’t exist in a vacuum. They’re often exacerbated by systemic inflammation, chronic stress, poor sleep, and various lifestyle factors.
If you have chronic back pain, for example, stress might cause muscle tension that worsens the pain, while inflammation from a poor diet might prevent the tissue from healing. Treating only the spine ignores the other variables that aggravate the condition.
