Requirements for Upcoming 2026 Matchups / Fighter Assets

We are currently preparing to match two fights for 2026. To warrant a guaranteed salary and ensure a Return on Investment (ROI) for the promoter, we require proof of the following fighter assets:

Verified Ticket Sale History: Proven track record of generating live gate revenue.

Brand Equity: Active sponsorships or brand endorsements.

Digital Reach: A minimum of 250k followers across social media platforms.

Media Presence: A professional, up-to-date Press Kit and a history of media/publication interviews.

Broadcast Footage: High-quality fight reels from Amazon, Roku, or previous PPV events.

The Reality of the Industry

The lack of investment in these areas is exactly why the boxing industry is in its current state, leaving fighters vulnerable to being exploited. Without these marketing assets, it is impossible for a team to build a fighter into a "Pay-Per-View" caliber athlete.

This is also the primary reason Champions "duck" mandatory challengers. A challenger might have the stats to win, but if they don’t have the buzz, branding, or audience, they bring the Champion’s net worth down rather than up. In those cases, the purse exchange isn't equitable.

The Bottom Line: If you want the big purses, you have to invest in your fighters' brands. Build their net worth before you ask for the check.
