This home already had a solid kitchen, but it felt closed off from the rest of the house and disconnected from a beautiful backyard. So we’re moving an exterior wall and reworking this addition to create a light-filled breakfast nook that finally links everything together.

📍 Ellijay. This is not a standard foundation repair...

This is a brand-new home that can’t be occupied because a critical wall is failing. Traditional foundation methods won’t work here — in fact, they’d make it worse. That’s why two foundation companies referred this project to us.

Working alongside our engineers, we’re digging down to true bedrock and building standalone structural buttresses to stabilize a daylight wall without pushing the house out of alignment.

This is complex work. It’s slow, deliberate, and fully engineered.
