Factual disputing is simple.

You will actually list the error in your letter with proof.

Your credit reports must be complete, accurate and verifiable.

Let’s say on all 3 big reports (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion) that the Date Of last activity are all different, this is grounds for removal.

It is possible that they just update to the correct date as well.

Create a letter listing each company and the date they have listed.

Wait for their response and act from there.

If it comes back updated 👇🏽

Chances are there are several errors.

Send another letter listing the next error.

Any information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable, must be removed or corrected, usually within 30 days.

How do you prepare for a new baby?

Here are a couple things we did.

➡️ Call your insurance company and figure out how much the delivery cost.

➡️ Stop paying off debt and stack up. Once you receive all the hospital bills pay them off and then proceed.

➡️ Create a registry. I suggest plenty of diapers, wipes and clothes.

➡️ Get a Sam’s Club or Costco membership. Buying in bulk will save you 🤑
