Good Life Inspection Services is looking to hire motivated, highly energetic individuals who want to join our team as a Inspectors. Do you meet these requirements?

-Have or be able to obtain an InterNACHI certification. Training will be provided.
-Visit residential properties to conduct comprehensive compliance inspections while adhering to InterNACHI SOP’s.
-Identify safety hazards and structural defects on the interior and exterior of the properties.
-Inspect structural integrity, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems/components.
-Communicate with realtors, homeowners/sellers, and/or potential buyers to facilitate repairs.
-Provide clients and/or stakeholders with regular inspection progress updates.
Provide a detailed report of inspection findings to clients in a timely (24 hours or less) manner.
-Document processes and maintain records.
-Keep informed on construction regulations and continuing education (CE's) credits.
