Today, we honor the incredible fathers and father figures who show up with love, strength, and support — especially during the fourth trimester.

Dads, your presence matters more than you know. You are not just protectors and providers — you are advocates. You help set the tone for healing by recognizing when something feels off, asking the hard questions, and making sure your partner’s voice is heard in the healthcare system.

This Father’s Day, we celebrate you — for changing diapers and holding babies, yes — but also for standing up for the moms you love during one of the most vulnerable times in their lives.

Let’s continue building a world where moms heal fully, and dads are empowered to help make that possible.
