Theme: Earth star chakra
the Earth Star chakra ( feet chakra) allows us to feel stable and grounded. This chakra is the anchor of the whole chakra system, especially of those seven main chakras. It connects directly to the core of the earth, the ancestral mother of life, and to divine feminine. Given its ability to deeply ground us, connecting with Earth Star chakra is helpful for anyone, especially those prone to anxiety.

Since this month is our Sacral Chakra focus we are still focused on EMOTIONS
Our emotions reside in our bodies, they affect our bodies and they are stored in our sacral chakra.
Every person receives , hears and processes information differently based on our emotional memories- meaning each piece of information received can hit an emotional target or memory - which can amp up or tone down the person’s response
At ANY given moment out bodies have access to infinite amounts of energy. Remember EVERYTHING is energy. Without clearing our subtle energy and removing blocks, we become like filters to experiences, and through processing the information we STORE them in our body - which becomes the blockage, emotional distress, mental anguish, dis-ease or illness.
