High Ground Custom Works

Finished up a personal project of mine. Converted a Hasbro Luke ANH with a fully removable custom chassis. This was a tricky one due to limited internal length despite the generous ID. I managed to keep the external hilt mostly stock with some creative solutions internally to allow for the chassis to be removable. I also rebuilt the control box to give dual switch functionality and even designed/printed my own bubble card to keep that ANH aesthetic. This chassis is rocking a Proffie v3.9, 18650 removable battery (both with removable covers), high amp kill switch, 6-pole chassis connector and 28mm speaker, CCSabers LED blade PCB, 6 LED accent strip and a genuine quartz crystal illuminated by two independent LEDs.
I plan to make this chassis available on my Etsy shop as a kit so stay tuned. What’s next fellow sabersmiths?! 😎
