Last week's long haul from Canton, GA to Norfolk, VA. Client didn't communicate Drop off time, so driver had to wait to unload before the next load. So this included 6 hours of detention time!

Back in the city again after another long haul from Lawrenceville, GA to Poughkeepsie, NY! New York looks like it's gonna become a regular drop off State for ! The goal is to leave the client happy so the next time they need a logistics company there's no second thought about who they'll call!

This week started on a Tuesday! After visiting our family in Florida and soaking up all the sun 🌞 rays! We back at it. This time our load will take us out of Sarasota, Fl to Cokeburg, PA. We're headed north so this load was right on time! Got us our the sunshine state and back to work! Logistics can be rewarding to a couple that wants to start a family business! It takes planning and strategies to make it make sense. You can't take every load because it might not make sense to your budget. We set weekly goals and if they are not met we work harder the next week. Weekly and Monthly goals should be set and you and your team should strive to get there or further!

Late Post!!! Last week ended with a load from PepsiCo in Lithia Springs, GA to PepsiCo in Riviera Beach, FL. We grab this specific load to get us to Florida so we could celebrate my husband's best friend's birthday! Load to Riviera Beach dropped us 1 hr and 15 minutes away from Miami! Worked out perfect! All work and No pay is never good! We can just let our loads pay for our trip. We work smart not hard! And it pays off everytime with a little fun in the sun on the water in Key Largo! Now we back at it again doing it the Taylor Way!
