What makes you happy?

I’ve personally been asking myself what truly makes me happy? I know the answer but it’s complex. 🙃 I continually go out of my way to seek my happiness because if I don’t who will? Happiness is selective to the individual. That individual is reasonable for their happiness. If you put someone else in charge of that, (codependency) you will be disappointed eventually.

If you’re struggling with your happiness talk to someone. A friend, teacher, God, pastor, spiritual advisor, family member, ect.

A friend reminded me of this when I was at a low point and it really helped me pull myself together. “Always remember to be gentle with yourself and give yourself some grace.”
