Your lender will rerun your credit the week before settlement. So if anything changes, contact your lender.

Before you go searching for a house, make sure you know what’s most important to you. Do not compromise on the things you want the MOST. Make a list of what is most important and stick to it.

For me, it’s honestly a toss up 😩 but it’s probably going to be LOCATION 📍

If the home has most or all of the features but it’s in a “sketchy” area, I’m going to pass on the house 🥴. As a female, safety is a major component for me, so if I don’t feel safe, I won’t feel at home.

BUT.. if the home doesn’t have the features I want, I will always feel like I missed out on what I wanted 😔. At the same time, renovation is always an option☝🏾
