They're wind and water tight condition (WWT) - means that they are retired freight units 10-15 years old that are still in good condition for dry storage, barns, sheds, used for building, etc.

Floors, doors, and door-seals are in working condition. Will have external rust from their shipping days otherwise they're solid boxes.
