Meet Marci Joel. Marci is an experienced attorney and mediator who began her mediation journey in 2004 through the Los Angeles Superior Court ADR program. Trained by the Pepperdine Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution, she continued her mediation practice after relocating to Georgia. Marci attended the of the University of Southern California (USC) for both undergraduate and law school, and has a diverse legal background, litigating in areas such as business and contracts, entertainment, product liability, premises liability, insurance coverage, legal malpractice, and general civil litigation.

Marci is also a former small business owner who brings that unique experience and insight to mediating business disputes. Marci believes mediation provides clients their "day in court" and an opportunity to be fully heard and listened to, while maintaining control over the costs and outcome of their cases. Beyond her legal work, Marci actively volunteers in the community, enjoys coaching a high school mock trial team, and is a busy married mom of three. Her passions are scuba diving, poker, and supporting the USC Trojans.
