Hey everyone, it’s been awhile! We wanted to share one of our latest big projects on here, but also please follow us on Instagram as that’s where we are way more active:

Located just north of downtown Brunswick, this multi-family project sits on 18+ acres coastal marsh land which includes a large pond on which the project is centered.

The 216 apartment units are split between five garden style multi-family buildings across the site, as well as surface parking, and a handful of amenity buildings.

This is going to be the city of Brunswick’s premier multi-family project; one that gives its tenants unique amenities focused on outdoor activities and community.

The architecture is coastal inspired to create that sense of resort living with the pond being activated by the layout of the amenity and leasing buildings. The site will have multiple walking trails, pavilions, even a kayak storage and dock for the tenants to enjoy.

We’re excited to share the initial design for a custom home in Brookhaven, GA! This “urban farmhouse” should be under construction this summer and we can’t wait to see the finish product. Follow our page for more work updates and projects!
