POSITION SUMMARY
Ready to join a winning team? Route First Logistics is looking for energetic and motivated individuals to add to our final mile delivery team. As a RFL delivery service representative, you will primarily be responsible for timely ex*****on of loading your van/truck each morning and delivering packages to residential and commercial customers on a designated route.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Loading packages into a van or truck safely and efficiently
Delivering packages safely and efficiently
Communicating with dispatch throughout each day
Operating a motor vehicle
Possessing a valid driver’s license
Adhering to uniform or dress code guidelines
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted in a fast paced environment
Ability to drive standard (manual) van or truck
Ability to work outside in various climates and weather conditions
Available to work a standard 40 hour work week and overtime when required
Possession of a valid driver’s license
Strong customer service skills
Clean Motor Vehicle record. No at-fault accidents in the past 18 months
Consent to a pre-employment drug screening
COMPENSATION, BENEFITS, PERKS
$15 per hour with potential overtime. Monetary raise after 90 day probationary period
