2026 Gender-Affirming Care Grant applications close TOMORROW! This program exists to reduce the financial barriers that often delay or prevent individuals from accessing procedures that are essential to their health, safety, and well-being.

Since launching the program, APQC has awarded over $50,000 directly to community members in need. These grants help cover costs related to surgical procedures that insurance may not fully support — or may not cover at all.

The grant is open to any resident of Georgia who is seeking a specific gender-affirming procedure. Visit the link in our bio to learn more and apply.
