Join on Tuesday, May 19 for an intimate evening in the Oneta Room at , featuring a four-course wine dinner thoughtfully paired by sommelier Frank Sinkwich.
The evening begins with a welcome reception at 6 p.m., followed by a seated dinner at 6:30 p.m. Each course reflects the spring season through a modern Italian lens, with wines selected to complement and elevate every dish.
Highlights from the menu include Granchio Blu, showcasing first catch Florida blue crab with sourdough crisp, fresno chili and breakfast radish; Triangole di Mais, a delicate corn-filled pasta with ricotta, heirloom tomato and cucumber sofrito; and Agnello Estivo, braised lamb shank with succotash, mozzarella curd and mint gremolata, plus a sweet finish.
Tickets are $150 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity.
