Featured soup: HUNGARIAN MUSHROOM
Fresh Cremini and dried porcini mushrooms in a creamy soup made with chicken stock, Hungarian paprika and a little sour cream. Cup 7, bowl 10

WAGYU SKIRT STEAK WITH CHIMICHURRI
Tender Wagyu skirt steak seared on a hot cast-iron griddle, sliced across the grain, and napped with a classic Argentinian herb and garlic mixture. It’s served with roasted root vegetables and our crusty bread. 31

HAITIAN DONATION
Poul nan sòs (chicken with sauce) is a fragrant creole stew of chicken, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes and spices. It’s served on rice, with maduros (sweet) plantain on the side. (Although the judiciary has temporarily halted the deportation of thousands of Haitians legally residing in Ohio, ALL proceeds from the sale of this dish will go to the nonprofit Haitian Community Help and Support Center in Springfield, OH.) 27

PASTA ALLA NORMA
A classic Sicilian vegetarian pasta dish: cubes of fried eggplant in a well-seasoned tomato sauce, tossed with rigatoni pasta and topped with freshly grated cheese. It’s served with our crusty bread. 27

Featured vegetable: ROASTED ROOT VEGETABLES
Sweet potatoes, baby gold potatoes, beets, onions and garlic cloves, roasted with olive oil and fresh rosemary

(Edit: We raised $540 through the sale of this dish, which has been donated. There's a bit more I haven't sent in yet, from donations people made that did not order the "Haitian Donation" special' I'll be sending that in once I have that number. THANK YOU to all who contributed!!)
We have a special "special" this week; all the proceeds from the sale of our Haitian chicken stew (Poul nan Sos, served with rice and maduro (ripe) plantain) will go to the nonprofit Haitian Community Help and Support Center in Springfield, OH.
