It breaks my heart to say this. I have accepted a new job and won't be working at Ramsey anymore. I was given the opportunity take my dream job working on environmental politics and policy and I couldn't pass it up.
I have loved coaching you guys, and am so proud of each and every one of you for coming to spend your mornings with me.
I'm so sorry that we won't be able to get through those grueling workouts together, but I know that Erin and Rachel are going to bring fantastic energy and ideas to you all.

Another rainy day in Athens, another class to test! Forecast looks bad for the next few days so I wanted to share this one with you to try on your own! (Also remember summer group fitness classes start this Monday!!)
_12 minutes warm up (throw in a hill)
_Three times through this:
-----3 minutes at the max yellow zone
-----1 minute high blue
_Then four minutes of rest, and repeat your set of three
_Four more minutes rest, one final set of three
