Sunday June 7 - Chenrezig mantra practice held at Serenity Roots 8950 Lavelle Rd., 10 to 11 am. in the large yoga studio building. Chenrezig mantra practice is a profound meditation that cultivates compassion and lovingkindness. It is open to all and will be chanted in Tibetan, with handouts that include the English translation. We encourage you to attend. You may opt to simply listen and read along in English to become acquainted with the spirit of the meditation.
