Baker, Françoise Cauchie, trained in France at Ecole de Boulangerie et de Pâtisserie de Paris. She obtained her Certificat d'Aptitude Professionnelle in Boulangerie in 2012. Z Bakery sells Pâtisserie, & Viennoiserie (French baked goods) at the Athens Farmers Market, in Athens Ohio, on Saturdays.
I stopped by this place today at lunch. Got a chocolate croissant among other things. It is fabulous. The real stuff. You have to try it.

In Athens, OH taking care of our house. Back for a few months.
Our back porch built in 2012 needs fixing. Water from rain gets trapped as there is no way for it to evacuate. Supporting posts and frame installed in direct contact of concrete slab and no insulation. As a result, water has damaged base of posts and any wood parts in contact with slab. Looking for a contractor who will replace damaged parts and come up with a solution for water to evacuate.
