went to prison. Around my junior year of high school though I had strep throat and a sinus infection. I almost died, but my mom managed to rush me to the hospital. I was in a coma for three days, was on life support, and had two seizures. I spent a week in the hospital, and I missed a month of school learning how to walk, talk, and think properly again. But even then I wasn't compelled to take music seriously. It wasn't until my junior year of college when my hair began to fall out from the stresses of feeling burned out, that I decided to come back to Athens and begin my music career. Now I'm just here to help everyone I can and create the space for us to be ourselves and love ourselves. I wish to embody the juice I speak of. It is self love. It is faith. It is acceptance of the past. It is an unwavering belief in the future. Walk with me through this music as I tell my story. Receive the lessons. Apply the lessons.
