During our "Dream It! Build It! Week" Groups 9–11 were joined by the Juneau Construction Company. Campers received an exciting hands-on learning experience exploring the world of construction! Participants learned about the construction process, discovered how concrete is made and used, and even mixed their own concrete.

To top it all off, they put their new skills to work by creating personal concrete flower pots that will be ready to take home and enjoy.

Stepping out of comfort zones and into the trees!
Today, our ACC Leisure Services Go Beyond Teen Program took adventure to new heights at Treetop Quest Buford. From balancing on suspended bridges to navigating rope challenges, our teens showed focus and courage every step of the way.
Experiences like this are what Go Beyond is all about, building confidence, creating memories, and reminding our youth just how capable they really are.

Our students in the Thomas Lay After School Program have been getting creative!

They’ve been hard at work using paper mache and newspaper to build their very own volcanoes. From shaping their designs to getting messy with the layers, they’ve truly brought their ideas to life!

Be on the lookout, we can’t wait to show off the final results!
