Cold weather = frozen pipe risk! 🥶

Keep your home safe (and dry!) with these quick tips:

Before it gets freezing:
🔹 Locate your main water shutoff
🔹 Close crawl spaces & block cold air
🔹 Cover outdoor faucets with an insulated cover

When temperatures drop:
🔹 Keep heat on (at least 55°F)
🔹 Open cabinets to let warm air reach pipes
🔹 Let faucets drip. Moving water won’t freeze!

If pipes freeze:
🔹 Give us a call at 706-613-9001
🔹 After hours? Our emergency system will guide you.
🔹 Turn off your main water valve
🔹 Thaw slowly with a blow dryer. Never use an open flame!

Not all animals in rental housing are considered “pets.” Emotional support animals (ESAs) serve a different purpose—and fall under a different set of legal protections.

While pets are subject to pet policies, fees, and restrictions, ESAs are protected under HUD and Fair Housing laws, meaning they are considered a reasonable accommodation for individuals with a qualifying mental or emotional disability.
