A huge thank to Mr. Johnson for choosing Ridgeline Roofing & Restoration and I as his contractor of choice! I stopped by Mr. Johnson house when I noticed he was missing awhole hip of shingles. He mentioned to me his insurance carrier denied his claim for a replacement back around March when all the windstorms came through. I offered him a complimentary inspection, and realized not only was a hip on his roof missing lots of shingles but enough hail damage for a full replacement. I walked Mr. Johnson through the whole insurance claim process, met with the adjuster, pointed out the severity of damage and got a full approval for a roof replacement! This is why I love my job, we truly value each and every customer!
