Megan is a 3rd generation Real Estate Salesperson. Her Grandfather, Hollis Hogan Lic # 19152, and her Grandmother, Margaret Hogan Lic # 78428, were both Real Estate Salespersons! And of course, her Mom 😌holds #68761.

I'm looking forward to seeing her doing great things in the industry. Not that she would follow in our footsteps, but rather she would make great new paths for others to follow. Congratulations, Megan♥️

Our Pre-license Class was honored to be visited by Brandon Hargrove of Granite Mortgage. We learned about mortgage products and how to help our Clients through the home-buying process by being able to answer some of their questions. We are very grateful to Brandon for his time and the great information he shared with us.

Thanks to Doug McCullough of NAIChase Commercial Real Estate, I was able to attend the sold out Rocket City Real Estate and Economic Forum. Lt. Governor Will Ainsworth kicked off the event with an overview of the State's excitement for commercial development in the North Alabama area.

I was pleasantly surprised to learn about TVA's participation in development opportunities. I hope to reach out for more information to share with you on this. Many other local economists and dignitaries shared their enthusiasm for more exceptional growth expected for 2025. I'm looking forward to the follow-up with the new contacts and future commercial real estate development opportunities in the Limestone County area.
