Happy Friday dawgs! Today we are highlighting the Warnell - Discover Abroad: Summer Australia: Caring for Country program✈️🇦🇺 Hear what Sarah has to say about her time on the trip!

“The summer Australia program was a trip of a lifetime. We spent almost 4 weeks exploring Australia, learning a lot about ourselves, sustainability, and Australian culture. I chose this program because I liked the opportunities available during out time in Australia. From doing a farm stay on the country’s largest papaya farm, scuba diving in the Great Barrier Reef, camping in the outback, and cuddling with Kangaroos, you truly get to experience it all on the summer Australia program.”

Make sure to come see us at the Spring Study Away Fair Wednesday, January 29th!

Happy Thursday! Today’s spotlight is Blake Caviness who studied abroad in Prague!🇨🇿

“I participated in the travel writing program in Prague, Czech Republic. I chose this program because of its focus on photojournalism, which is one of my areas of interest. In addition, the city of Prague has a rich history and has been well preserved. I learned how to write and capture a different culture for an audience back home. The program gave me the opportunity to grow my photo skills and feel more comfortable shooting in public.”

Today’s student spotlight is Anna Grace Rogers! She spent her summer in Cortona, Italy. Hear what she has to say!🇮🇹🍕

“Over the summer, I had the opportunity to participate in UGA’s study abroad program in Cortona, Italy. This semester-long program was one of the best decisions I have made. Getting to experience Italian culture and immerse myself in historical architecture has broadened my knowledge and expertise, which will assist me in all my post-collegiate experiences. I would recommend this study abroad program to any students interested. Push yourself and do the things that make you uncomfortable!”
