We are thrilled to report that our inaugural graduation ceremony was a remarkable success. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to everyone who enthusiastically welcomed the introduction of "The Hungarian", our innovative sourdough chimney cake creation, featuring a crispy exterior rolled in cheddar and onions, lavishly filled with Hungarian salami, havarti cheese, lettuce, tomato, and garnished with our specialty paprika, mayo, and seasoning sauce. Furthermore, we showcased our signature sweet chimney cake variations, skillfully rotisserie grilled on-site in plain, walnut, and cinnamon flavors, including the special premiere of "The Dirty Chimney" crumbled chocolate cookie dessert.

It may be slightly early to think about Christmas Markets. The optimal time to enjoy a Chimney Cake is during the Fall and Winter seasons when the air is crisp. The chill of air conditioning in July requires our taste buds to be comforted by a warm chimney cake. Viva Bavaria at Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds is booked for December.
