Trying to be a little less glute dominant and talk to those quads πŸ˜‚

Heel elevated squats are a great modification to get the quads contributing more. As for the high rep sets, not sure how I feel with those yet πŸ˜…πŸ˜….

Took a full week+ off from the gym for the first time in forever (πŸ˜‰) and feel revitalized and rejuvenated!
-
I wasn’t able to pull the sword this time 😩. Time to get back to the gym and try again next year!
